Dr. Don Jorgensen is the founder of Jorgensen Healthcare Associates and owner of Arizona-based Human Factor Consulting. Don is a global speaker and consultant on change leadership, strategic planning and team development. He has established addiction treatment programs and employee assistance programs that have brought recovery to thousands of families. He has been interviewed by media in the US, Canada, Ireland and China, and has authored numerous articles and books on topics like Children of Alcoholics and The Impact of Change. His latest book is Three Worlds, One Voyage: Cruising to Antarctica (and Trying to get Home) during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
 
Don is past president of the international Employee Assistance Professionals Association and Greater Tucson Leadership. He has been honored with the “President’s Volunteer Service Award” from the White House in recognition of his work on behalf of ShelterBox, the global disaster relief organization.
 
Don is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Marana.  He is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and a Paul Harris Society member.  Don and his wife Kathy have been married for 42 years and have worked on Rotary humanitarian projects around the globe. He has visited over 40 countries and seven continents. Don is also a cancer survivor, a runner and third-degree black belt.
