Scott Ehrsam is the owner of Home Instead Senior Care serving the greater Metro Tucson area and surrounding communities, incl. Green Valley, Oro Valley, Marana and Vail.  Home Instead has provided thousands of clients with in-home care in their 22 plus years in business.  Scott credits his success to his phenomenal team and his company values that align very well with the Rotary Four-Way Test.

Scott spent his early childhood in Omaha Nebraska.  When Scott was being delivered in the hospital, his 4 year old sister was already in the hospital being treated for Polio in her left arm.  Despite the challenges, she recently retired from a stellar career in Human Resources.  Scott's family moved to Tucson in 1969 when he was 9 yrs old.  He is a graduate of Palo Verde High School where he was the Student Body President and lettered in football and track.

After spending a year at Lake Forest College north of Chicago, where they received over 120 inches of snow, he couldn't get back to Tucson quick enough.  Putting himself through college, much of the time working in the banquet department of the Doubletree Hotel where Rotary meets, he eventually graduated from the UofA and the Eller Entrepreneurship Program where he partnered with his Rotary sponsor Sean Furrier.  He has two grown children; Shane, a successful manager in the NY metro area and Kelsey, an R.N. living in San Diego.  He enjoys hiking, mountain biking and touring on his motorcycle.

He is looking forward to serving the community alongside his fellow Rotarians.  So make sure to introduce yourself to Scott Ehrsam and welcome him into the club!
