Greetings fellow hiking enthusiasts,

It is always important to be learning new things.  We had a great group seeking cooler temperatures at higher elevation this weekend, and we all walked away knowing that the Kellogg Trail is better known as the Incinerator Ridge trail.  Regardless of name, it was a great morning on the mountain.  Joined this trip, by fellow Rotarians Dre Williams, Chuck Sawyer,  Michael Guymon and with friends of the club, Melanie Koskey, Deborah Martin and Bill Mesch; it was a clear and cooler morning with views as far as the eye could see.  This shorter morning trek was followed by great camaraderie over snacks at Beyond Bread.  Their iced herbal tea is spectacular.

Save the date for our next adventure and makeup hike; Saturday, August 9th on Lower Aspen Loop/Marshall Gulch!

See you on the trails!
