Good News! Our ticket sales hit 10,248 on Sunday which is an increase from 22% to 34% of our goal in the last week. Thanks to many of you who have increased your online purchases or brought in money last Wednesday or sold at an event this weekend. With less than 4 weeks to sell tickets to the event, here are some things to note:
- Oct 2 is the deadline to buy tickets to donate to Davis Monthan Air Force Base military families.
- We still need 2 volunteers to sell tickets at the Tucson Meet Yourself event on Oct. 5 and 6. Click Here
- Please bring in ticket money to meetings on Sept. 25, Oct. 2 and 16 so we can see how we’re progressing. You can wait to bring in unsold tickets until Oct. 16 or at the Car Show Command Center.
- Oct. 16 is the deadline to buy tickets online at https://tucsonclassicscarshow.com
- If you’d like to sell online using the email template which sends a request to your friends and family, you can go to https://tucsonclassicscarshow.com/email and follow the steps listed there.
- If you’d like to pay for your tickets online, you can go to https://tucsonclassicscarshow.comand, after clicking that you’re a Rotarian, you can click on the option to “Pay for Tickets You Got from the Club” This works if you’re giving away tickets or plan to turn in your own ticket stubs. OR you can choose AUTO-ENTRY where the system auto-entries stubs for you.
- Use social media by Sharing, Commenting and Liking some great posts from TCCS Facebook, etc.
- An Online ticket credit report will be coming out today to all who have sold or said they’d sell online.
When you reach out to friends, neighbors, acquaintances, business associates, and family, let them know that The $10 ticket gets people into a fantastic show AND they get a chance to win a fabulous C-7 Corvette Convertible or one of 4 other great prizes. Kids under 18 get in free to this fun family activity.
