Dear Fellow Rotarians,GREETINGS BELL RINGERS! Many thanks to the 67 of you who have signed up to ring the bells for the Salvation Army on Saturday, December 13th. You will have a wonderful Holiday experience and feel great about helping the less fortunate in our community. Having said that, we could surely use 5 MORE VOLUNTEERS. We have openings at the Walmart store (Speedway and Kolb) for shifts from 11 - 1 pm; 1 - 3 pm and 3 - 5 pm. We also have 1 spot available at Safeway (Swan and Sunrise) from 1 -3 -pm. Please sign up on the following link:
For those of you who have already signed up - Thank You! There are a few things to remember about the day.
1. Bells, Rotary aprons, and kettles will be at each location. Those of you on the 1st shift may have to get them from inside the store.
2. No Kettle is to be left unattended at any time during the entire day.
3. Don't be a " No Show" and try to be at least 5 minutes early for your shift. NOTE: Shift assignments can be found on the above link.
4. If possible, try to coordinate with your assigned partner prior to your scheduled time.
5. The 3-5 pm shift must stay with the kettles until picked up by the Salvation Army. They are rarely late, often early.
6. If you have ANY issues, please call Tom Strasburg (520-235-6163) or Dan Kalm (520-300-1293).
HAVE A GREAT DAY and HAPPY HOLIDAYS to each of you and your families. Thank you for making this a successful effort to help those less fortunate.
Tom and Dan
