Biography: 
Susan Gray is Chief Executive Officer of Tucson Electric Power (TEP), UniSource Energy Services, and their parent company, UNS Energy Corporation. She began her career as an engineering intern at TEP and now leads the organization with a values-driven approach that fosters a culture of safety, recognition, and transparency. Susan supports economic development in the communities TEP serves through her role as Board Chair of The Chamber of Southern Arizona. She also contributes her expertise through service on local and national boards, advancing collaboration and innovation across the energy industry.
