Bill Kouba ~ Born and lived in Chicago Illinois. Graduated Luther High North and joined the U.S. Air Force. Served as a Jet-Mechanic at the Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB for 4 years. Stayed in California, received a BA in Psychology from California State University Sacramento. He has had various careers; Epidemiologist with CDC, High School teacher,real estate/land developer, automobile salesman, (at this point he met his wonderful wife). Marketing Director and research/development of diesel fuel temperature control systems. He moved to Melbourne Australia and contracted as Managing Director of Fuel Efficiency Systems, Australia for two years then returned home to California.Bill gave retirement a try, didn’t take, got into RV Sales. Fifteen years ago moved to Tucson and purchased the KaBloom Flower franchise for Pima County. One of our customers, Mike Jones invited me to join The Rotary Club of Tucson. Eight years ago it was necessary to take a leave of absence from the club which lasted much longer than expected. After that Farmers Insurance Agent, and today an Independent Insurance Agent specializing in Medicare and individual health related plans.
Thanks to a need to replace an ink cartridge, he stopped by “Cartridge World” and was invited to be Chuck Sawyer’s guest at the next meeting. He is very pleased to again be involved with this organization and to make his contribution to it’s continued success. Stop by and say hello to Bill Kouba.
