Don Bourn, Chief Executive Officer -- Don founded Bourn Properties, Inc., a predecessor to Bourn Companies, LLC in 1990. His companies have completed over 60 commercial projects totaling over 6,000,000 square feet. Don is involved in all aspects of Bourn Companies’ business, including acquisitions, joint ventures, asset management and internal operations. Prior to Bourn Companies, LLC, Don was with Trammell Crow Company and Peat, Marwick and Mitchell and graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
