Thanks to many of you who have turned in ticket money, bought online, sold at events, or sent in donations. As of Sun. we’ve sold 16,603 tickets which is 55% of our goal. NOW… to get to the finish line …
- Please bring in your ticket money, ticket stubs, and unsold tickets to the Ticket Table on Wed., Oct. 15. If you won’t be attending the meeting, you can drop off at the office before the meeting or bring to the Command Center at the Car Show on Sat. Oct. 18.
- If you plan to buy or sell tickets online, the last day to do so is Oct. 15.
- If you plan to donate to the Car Show, you can write a check to the Rotary Club of Tucson Foundation (with Car Show in the memo line) and bring to the Oct. 15 meeting or mail to the office.
- You can ask Dorinna to charge your account for your tickets or for a donation.
- If you are the contact with a Nonprofit or Partner Seller, make sure they get their money and unsold tickets turned in by October 15.
