How Our Club Gives Back
Rotary Club of Tucson Foundation President, Joni Condit, will share how our Club Foundation allows us to advance the Rotary mission at a local level to make our community better.  Did you know that our club did not always have a Foundation?  Find out how the range of areas that our Club has provided support and service over the years.  Bobby Larson, 2022 Tucson Classics Car Show Chair, will provide an update on this year’s Car Show.  Grants Committee Chair, Jim Murphy, will provide an overview of the proposed changes in the selection of beneficiaries for 2023 and beyond and members will have the opportunity to vote to approve these changes.  
Home Hospitality Week ~ A Huge Success

12th Annual Triangle Y YMCA Project

12th Annual Triangle Y YMCA Ranch Project a Success!
 
Last Saturday’s service project on the Rotary International official day of Service was a huge success.  About 25 Rotarians representing several different clubs spent the day doing a ton of work for the opening of the Ranch and their camp sessions opening at the end of May.  We were joined this year with the volunteer group from Tucson Electric Power coordinated with Tara Berrera (past member Allyn Bulzomi’s daughter) which added 16 volunteers.  We painted as usual plus helped installing pavers in the new amphitheater and of course did the traditional clean up around the main admin building.  The Ranch and staff extend a very big thank you to all those who showed up for this year’s project.  We had so much fun that there is talk of serving out at the Ranch both spring and fall.  Thank you to everyone who came out.  It was a huge success and lots of fun.  ~~ Dave Gallaher

Irv's Rotary Flyfishing Fund

The opportunities to showcase your fish during Irv's Centennial year are shrinking.  There are 3 more dates to choose from: May 25th, June 8th and June 15th. You will not want to miss the chance to showcase your fish, or better yet your Kids and Grandkids with a fish!  Don’t let the Wall of Fame escape you.  Join these other folks who have made it to the Wall of Fame and donated to Rotary charities.  Please reach out to Dorinna or Irv for all the details.
