The Service Projects lunch (with some mix and mingle, too) is a new direction for our Club where we will introduce 13 Service Projects. Our fellow Rotarians have stepped up to be Team Leaders, and it would be great if everyone could attend the lunch and support them and learn about the great plans we have in store.
You will have the opportunity to rotate through 3 tables (of your choice) to hear about plans for that project from our Club’s Team Leaders.
Members are not obligated to participate in any service projects, but we hope after learning of the many opportunities, one or more will entice you. Sign-up for as many as you like.
This year, for the first time, we will recognize members for their service, and we have some great year-end prizes.
We look forward to seeing you on November 1st as we join together to make a difference in our community!
I hope this letter finds you in high spirits and filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your incredible efforts in making the Rotary car show a resounding success.
Your dedication and hard work in selling raffle tickets, finding sponsors, and vendors, and securing those awesome cars were truly remarkable. Your unwavering commitment to our cause has a significant impact on the Tucson community, and for that, I am immensely grateful. It is through your selfless contributions that we were able to raise funds to support our three charitable initiatives, making a positive difference in the lives of those in need. Your enthusiasm and passion have inspired others to join our cause, amplifying the impact of our collective efforts. Not only did you excel in your assigned tasks, but you also went above and beyond to ensure the smooth execution of the car show. Your creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the event, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
But beyond the tangible outcomes, it is your spirit of camaraderie and unity that truly sets the Club apart. The way you worked together as a team, supporting and encouraging one another, was truly heartwarming.
On behalf of all the members of the RCOT, I want to extend my deepest gratitude for your invaluable contributions. Your dedication and commitment to service above self has made a lasting impact, and we are truly fortunate to have you as part of Rotary.
Once again, thank you for your outstanding work. Your passion, creativity, and unwavering commitment are an inspiration to us all. We look forward to working with you again.
Cheers to Jennifer and Sean Hoffman, our 2024 chairs for the 18th Tucson Classics Car Show!
With heartfelt appreciation,

Chair (previously) The 2023 Tucson Classics Car Show
The sunshine was perfect, the grass was beautiful, the ambience could not have been better, the company was fabulous - BUT - most of all, the cars were magnificent. Having said that, the whole day is actually more than the sum of its parts. I don’t believe we could have had a better day, in every which way possible. If we assigned numbers, then added the component parts, then doubled that figure we’d still be short of saying how magnificent the date was.
Kandie, Lee, our deepest heartfelt thanks to you and to your various teams for pulling off this event so wonderfully. Arising from this event, we in Rotary are able to put thousands of dollars back into the community. Our impact goes beyond measuring; we are simply doing good in the way we know best. Thank you, thank you, thank you each and every person who made the car show such a positive service experience.
