Hailing from the Wild-Wild West (Tucson, AZ), Nick Gallardo is an international entertainer who has traveled the world and been a featured performer on well over 40+ Celebrity cruises, playing tribute to the iconic Frankie Valli. Also, as a founding member of the retro-inspired group, Not Fade Away, Nick has toured the United States lending his nuanced talents to the spirit of Ritchie Valens amongst others.
Nick got his start in music, with the Internationally famous, Tucson Boys Chorus, where he learned how to do trick-rodeo roping, a skill he still uses to this day (if you twist his arm). Some of Nick’s favorite highlights include performances with Linda Ronstadt, Richard Kline, Shirley Jones, and after today…THE TUCSON ROTARY CLUB.
Everyone had a wonderful time on Wednesday evening at our Replacement/Social Mixer on the patio at Brother John's Beer, Bourbon & BBQ. A huge thank you to Bruce Jacobs for arranging this fun night of fellowship!
The Club will hold a Replacement/Social Mixer on TUESDAY, 6/15/21 at the Sands Club, UA, 565 N. Cherry Avenue, Fl. 5 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. This Mixer will be a replacement meeting for our Wednesday 6/16/21 lunch meeting and all must register.Go to our home page atwww.tucsonrotary.org, scroll down the left hand side to Upcoming Events. Guest fee is $25 and will be billed to your account. Deadline to sign up is Friday, 6/11/21 by 1:00 p.m.

More details will be coming shortly so keep an eye out for registration information.
Update regarding the final two Polio Endemic Countries: only one Wild Polio case has been reported in 2021 in Pakistan (1/27/2021) and only one in Afghanistan (1/01/2021). Rotary's efforts are making a difference!!!! And the quote of the day is by Bill Gates, Jr., "Rotary is the heart and soul of Polio eradication."

Centennial Event Guest List - In order for the Club to plan, provide as much exposure for RCOT as possible, and to ensure maximum bidding for the live auction that evening, we NEED you to go to the RCOT website, log in, click on RCOT Member Area located at the top right of the menu bar of the home page, then click on Centennial Event Member Guest List from the drop down menu. This will take you to a live Excel Google Doc to fill in the information. Since this is a Live document, please DO NOT make changes to this Excel Sheet. Those that you list will receive a “Save the Date” via email. You will still need to register and make payment for yourself and your guests on Eventbrite in the future. You will be notified when this is available.
Please provide this information as soon as possible. We plan to send out the Save the Date email in May.
