The holiday mixer held at Brother John's was a huge success. Everyone was dressed in their holiday attire, and well, the ugliest sweater was won by our very own Jon Wang. Congratulations Jon! A big thanks goes to Alan Rogers for putting together this fun event and a shout out to Lisa Fogle for taking the photos. Happy Holidays to you and your families. We'll see you in 2024!
Due to the Gem Show being held at the TCC, our lunch meeting scheduled for January 31st will take place at the Sheraton (5151 E Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712). All members and guests must register for this meeting. Registration will be on the website shortly but for now please mark your calendars. Thank you.
.Please do not send your points in the body of an email. You must attach a Point Sheet to your email and send it to the Rotary office. For blank forms, see the RCOT website (on the right side of the Home Page). Dorinna will also have blank forms at the lunches.
Please turn in your Point Sheets in the SAME month you worked on the project. For now, we will allow a grace period of 5 days after month end to turn in Point Sheets.
A couple clarifications:
You can only win the monthly prize one time. It is awarded to the Rotarian with the most points that month. The monthly prize is a $50 gift card to any FOX restaurant.
To qualify for the year-end pool, you must have a minimum of 5 service points. For every 5 points, you get one raffle ticket for the drawing. You can win only one prize from the drawing. The Rotarian with the most overall points automatically gets first pick of prizes. Then, the owner of the first raffle ticket drawn gets their choice of prizes, and so on and so forth. Please note: committee work, organizational work, donations, meetings, and workshops are not eligible for points. In order to be awarded points, you must be out in the community working on one of our service projects.
